Google data (Gmail, Calendar) and data retention
When you connect your Google account (for example Gmail or Google Calendar) to Utilmo, we only obtain the information needed to display your emails and calendar items inside your Utilmo account.
Specifically, we store only:
- Your Google email address and, where applicable, your calendar identifiers (calendarId);
- The access tokens provided by Google, which allow us to access your data on your behalf when you use the application.
We do not permanently store the content of your emails or the full details of your calendar events on our servers. This data is fetched from Google in real time when you access your account and is displayed only to you.
Google data retention and deletion
We retain your Google access tokens and related identifiers only for as long as your Google account remains connected to your Utilmo account. We do not keep this information longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
You can remove the connection to your Google account at any time from your account settings page. When you disconnect Gmail/Calendar or delete your account, we delete the Google tokens and associated identifiers within a reasonable period of time.
You may also revoke our access directly from your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/
Web browser cookies
Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

What information do we collect and store
We collect user’s Google Account’s public profile including Email address and the name. We also collect the user’s Google Calendar information and all the events. We only fetch such information from Google user data, nothing will be stored on our server.
How do we use the information
Utilmo collects user’s public profile to display to the same user, in order to assist the user in identifying which Google Account is currently connected to utilmo. We collect the user’s Google Calendar and the event information to display on the App’s calendar to the same user, in order to help the user manage and arrange his own tasks with the best overall visibility. When the user is connected his Google account with the App, their App tasks will be synced with the Google Calendar, under a new Google Calendar “utilmo”.
What information do we share
We do not share any of the user’s Google Account information with any third parties or with any other users.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
